BioI am a novelist living in Orem, Utah. I received my MA in creative writing at Brigham Young University. I write young adult novels, and have seven novels completed with a few more in the works. I've written fantasy, contemporary, dark urban fantasy, fairy tale, and dystopian science fiction.
I'm married to Drew Olds, who is, among other things a painter of miniatures. My married name is Janci Olds, but I still use my maiden name professionally.
We both graduated in the first half of 2009, and now we're working on what to do next. So far, we're just being bohemians.
